We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Payroll Support Specialist to join our growing team at Talexio. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations and your duties will include:

  • Providing ongoing customer support in relation to queries about navigating and using the software (Online, over the phone and face to face)
  • Customer Support relating to payroll and employment law
  • Providing training to new clients who are using the system for the first time
  • Performing tests on software updates, and issuing tickets for software-related errors or failures
  • Identifying potential problems that clients may face when using the platform and liaising with the software team to mitigate these
  • Develop and design user manuals and documentation contributing to knowledge sharing
  • Performing problem-solving exercises holding end-to-end problem ownership

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A flair for technology and IT is a must
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong team player
  • Fluency in Maltese and English

Education & Experience

  • 2 years’ work experience in computing and working local payroll
  • Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law

We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Implementation Specialist to join our growing team at Talexio. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Operations and your duties will include:

  • Guiding clients on Talexio’s capabilities and best practices through detailed account walkthroughs and ensuring proper use of Talexio
  • Managing a portfolio of onboarding projects with diverse clients, creating project plans for new clients and clearly communicating account setup and data migration requirements
  • Handling client data and liaising with clients to successfully complete their onboarding process
  • Ensuring clients receive superior service and maintaining strong relationships through client meetings
  • Recording client implementation requirements and communicating internally where required
  • Collaborating with the business development, finance, support and software engineering teams
  • Ensuring that any stakeholders are aware of key deliverables and project milestones
  • Providing training sessions and demos to clients as part of the onboarding and customer success process

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust, and help establish our reputation as a brand that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
  • Superb organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
  • A native level of written and spoken Maltese and English

Education and Experience

  • 3 years of experience in a client management and/or operations/project management role
  • Past experience in a SaaS or technical environment will be considered an asset
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira and Zendesk is considered an asset
