Talexio Back-Up & Retention Policy

Talexio utilises Amazon Web Services (AWS) for server hosting facilities. More information about the backup policies in place can be retrieved from: https://aws.amazon.com/rds/features/backup/

Talexio retains your information for as long as needed to provide you with our Services, or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, as follows:

Data Type Retention Policy
Data or information submitted by the Customer through the contact forms, chat or email in relation to queries Ongoing for the duration of the Agreement to any of the Services
Customer Data Retention of Customer Data is ongoing for the duration of the Agreement to any of the Services and will be retained for as long as is reasonably permitted for the purpose of providing historical reference and comparison to  previous years as part of the Services to the Customer.
Automated daily backups of Customer data Backups of the previous 30 days’s Data
Duration of temporary Customer data retention following the subscription end date

Up to 30 days following termination of the Agreement with Customer (Subscription end date).

Notwithstanding the above, all and any raw and identifiable data will be deleted from Talexio’s systems and other platforms following termination of the Agreement as prescribed in the Data Processing Agreement.
Additional Backup services Available Upon request
